Verifications

• Accept only verifications with a correct username and date, date can be up to 7 days old.
• Miner count does not need to be exact, with a difference of 1+/- every 15 miners being acceptable.
• If miner count is 31 and there are 33 miners visible, this is acceptable.
• In the case of multiple alt accounts appearing on a profile, it is suggested to either unverify all of them and accept the original verification, or investigate and ban/unlink accounts if there is evidence of them being alt accounts or vise versa. Note:Not all alts are actual alts, using vpn can fool the system. (Now there's a multiuser button for lazy people.)
• Yes, you can verify yourself.

Please remember that we have various tools at our disposal, but any misuse will result in being removed from the team. You can utilize the explorer to view users on the Duino-Coin Network. It uses the server api to fetch user info, all api links at github.com/revoxhere/duco-rest-api

Discord "gotchas"

svkobot

Svkobot has multiple commands only accessible to staff. It only recognizes "svko" with a lowercase "s" so be careful when using it on mobile devices. Commands include svko verify , svko unverify [usr], svko ban [usr] [reason], svko unban [usr] (takes time), svko info [usr], svko maxminers [usr] [digit], svko ips [usr], svko usernames [ip address], svko unlink [username], svko ipunlink [ip address], svko email [user], svko changemail [user] [new email] This works for Duino-Coin accounts, not Discord.

Duino Stats

For Discord, we will be using @Duino Stats. Commands include !ban [reason], !kick [reason], !warn [reason]. To view infractions, use !inf . To delete an accidental infraction, use !delinf [infraction number] (!delinf 1). Under no circumstances should you use the !restart-server or !execute commands. If there is a raid or a large number of messages that need to be removed, you can use the !clear command (!clear 10 will clear the last 10 messages).

Economy

There is a mini Duino-Coin currency on the Discord server called botcoins. By typing !daily in the bot channel, you can receive botcoins from Duino Stats. These botcoins are tied to your Discord account and can be sent to your Duinocoin account using the !exchange or !withdraw commands in the bot channel. Sometimes, transactions may fail and still remove botcoins from your account. If users bring this to your attention, check the #📋-logs channel and ask where and when the transaction was supposed to take place. If everything checks out and the user did not receive their botcoins or Duco, use the !add command to compensate them. The format for this command is !add [DiscordUsr] (amount) [type:coins]. Botcoins are always two digits longer than a single Duco. For example, 1 Duco = 100 Botcoins and 150 Botcoins = 1.5 Duco. If you are unfamiliar with botcoins, you are free to experiment with them. Type !help for a list of available commands.

Contact form

If you reply to the Contact Forms Bot found in #✉-contact-form, it will reply to the users email from the Duinocoin gmail account. Be careful when mentioning it, because anything you type will be replied to it. Accidentally replying to it is ok, but if you do it repeatedly or include sensitive information in the reply, immediate suspension from the staff team will be considered. Since the creation of admin.duinocoin.com, all contact form entries also appear in the admin dashboard as emails.

#👋-welcome channel

Watch out for users with stock images of a "handsome" man or "sexy" girl and generic names, such as Barbara Alexandra or Jonathan Smith. These are scam accounts and should be banned. Accounts with "Stock or Investor" on their profile should also be banned immediately.

#🔢-counting channel

There may be instances wherein a bot chat appears in the #🔢-counting channel. In such cases, remove it from the channel. If users intentionally use bot commands in #🔢-counting and or edit their initial number causing the numbers to be lower or higher, delete it and proudly give them the @Counting Banned role. If @Duino Stats is broken and says the number is not correct even if it is, use the !say command to reset the number, the bot will ignore it's own message and start over.. (!say 123456).

Post scriptum facts

If there are users in the 🔈General Voice channel or 🔈Music channel, and they are alone. You are obligated to join it, hop over to #🔇-no-mic channel and use svko play [youtube url] to play the most ridicilous song you can think of. Mine is " Habanera | Muppet Music Video | The Muppets ".

Under no circumstances should you be rude in public channels, you can join admin chat or dev chat and let out your steam, we do that. But we show no kind of negativity in General chat or Tech support.
